What to do if I get an error saying “Disallowed Key Characters”?

• Update your web browser to the latest version
• Clear the cache of your web browser.
  • Clear cache instructions for PC
  • Clear cache instructions for Mac
• Then, restart the web browser and see if the problem persists.

If you used a bookmark to open a specific page in Canvas, try to navigate to that page from the Canvas main page at https://canvas.ust.hk.
