Download a e-book

Click the download button to get the PDF file, enter the page range you wish to download, number of pages allowed for download may vary, depends on the agreement with the publisher

Print a e-book

Click the print button, enter the page range you wish to print; the number of pages allowing for printing depends on copyright restrictions of the title

 

Create My Account

Create a personal account to store your searches, notes and bookmarks

Navigate MyiLibrary Site

Searching:

  • Browse: Browse e-book titles by publisher, e-books the Library subscribed or subjects
  • Quick Search: Search by full text (entire text), keywords (metadata of the e-book), book title, EAN/ISBN, author or publisher; use ("...") for exact phrase searching
  • Advanced Search: Use advanced search for searching multiple fields at one time

  • Sort results by date, relevance or title
  • Show results by download availability, subject, publisher or start with the selected letter
  • Save the search if you have registered an account
  • Export search results to Microsoft Excel


Viewing:

Go straight the e-book by clicking the e-book title or 'Open now'

Bibliographic Details:

  • View e-book detail (book title, author, related subjects etc.)
  • Click Subject link to get similar books
  • Give the book citation in APA, Chicago, Harvard, MLA and Vancouver styles
  • Export to RefWorks or EndNote

Notes:

Add notes to the e-book if you have registered an account

View Tools:

  • TOC tab: Read the e-book by chapter or page by page
  • Search tab:Search within book or generate another search

1. Apps for Android and iOS devices

  • BlueFire Reader App
    Learn more: http://www.bluefirereader.com/bfr-user-guide.html
    • Download and install the BlueFire Reader App. Once installed, click to open the BlueFire Reader.
    • You will be prompted to sign in to your Adobe account. If you don't have one yet, create one by clicking on "Create an account."
    • Go to the MyiLibrary e-book site and sign in to your MyiLibrary account.
    • Use your bookshelf to review and download titles you have selected to the mobile device.
